Hill House

We joined this ambitious project midstream through construction and our immediate task was to get the contracts, pricing, and design in sync. The project was already behind schedule, so we hit the ground running and worked to create some harmony across the board and make-up for lost time. The entire team persevered and the project resulted in an architectural masterpiece that seamlessly blends the clients art collection, sculptural structural building components, and an aspirational landscape design. Joining a struggling project midstream has its challenges, but the rewards in these circumstances are hard-earned and provide a sense of triumph for everyone involved.
