Lake House

This project had the bold goal of embodying a refurbished early 20th Century Sonoma Inn. The design and construction came together to create a magical building that transport all who enter. We joined early during construction and our initial goals were to get the construction schedule and design development in sync. The project was as demanding as it was aspirational, and our services focused on helping the team to keep the information flowing, and helping the client make informed budgetary decisions. It was a thrilling project to be a part of!
