Palo Alto Victorian

This ambitious and exceptional project sits in the heart of Palo Alto’s Professorville. Extensive requirements to maintain the historical façade of the home required the team salvage the eves, windows, and select portions of the home. Requirements to protect extensive heritage trees during construction was also a key tenant. The goal of this project was to maintain quality of construction while keeping within a tight budgetary framework.
