Steve is a native San Franciscan who started his career in lighting in the film industry. After transitioning to architectural lighting, he realized that he had a passion for project management. Steve joined the firm back in 2008 and has been managing high-end, complex projects since. Outside of work, Steve enjoys running and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Tom comes from a family of builders and became passionate about the process at a very young age. After many years of running a general contracting firm, Tom went to work for a family office acting as the Owner's Representative. In 2011, Tom and his wife Bre moved to Palo Alto to raise their family. Currently they reside in Half Moon Bay and love hiking, biking, going to the beach, skiing, and traveling with their two young children.

Gavin is an experienced owner’s representative with a dedication to client satisfaction through the design and construction process. With a wealth of experience spanning architecture, real estate development, Gavin brings insights, perspective, and exceptional team building to every project. His recent work includes significant residential projects in Aspen, Lake Tahoe, Ketchum, Colorado and Utah. When not engaged in his professional pursuits, Gavin is hanging out with his college-age kids or he and his partner, Sylvi, are out playing on bikes, boards, and boats across the West.

Nate is a seasoned project manager based in NYC. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Nate has proudly called New York his home since 1996. Nate boasts a diverse background in project management successfully overseeing commercial, hospitality, retail, government, and luxury residential projects throughout the US, Mexico, and Canada. In his downtime, Nate enjoys working out, cooking, playing with his dog and spending quality time with his family.

Brett is a skilled owner’s representative and project manager based in Miami. With more than 15 years of experience in South Florida, New York, and the Caribbean, he has overseen some of the region’s most exclusive residential and development projects. Recognized for his thoughtful leadership and hands-on style, Brett collaborates closely with owners, architects, consultants, and builders to steer projects from initial planning to final completion. He brings a cooperative approach and strong financial knowledge to each project, with expertise in luxury private homes, mixed-use developments, and hospitality communities. Outside of work, Brett enjoys cooking, traveling, art fairs, and spending time with friends.

Jonny earned his B.A. degree in Economics from UC Berkeley and has 10+ years experience in high-end construction management. Jonny believes that structured processes and well-defined goals are not only fundamental building blocks for a successful project, but also exciting challenges that help our clients bring their project to life. He enjoys travel and golf in his free time.

Analy grew up in the Bay Area and has stayed close to home throughout her 18+ year career in construction and project management. Analy’s background includes experience in both the private and public sectors, as well as both residential and commercial projects. If she’s not on a job site, Analy can likely be found in the garden with her three rescue pups.

Jon is a finance leader specializing in operational finance and FP&A across agency and consultancy environments. He focuses on building practical, scalable processes that improve visibility, forecasting, and day-to-day decision-making, with a particular interest in leveraging technology and AI. Known for his collaborative, hands-on approach, Jon works to embed finance more closely into the commercial flow of the business. Outside of work, he is an active DJ, bringing a similar sense of structure and cohesion to his problem-solving.

BJ has a wealth of experience in business operations, with over two decades of involvement across various industries. Her current role at Springpoint is to focus supporting the leadership team, helping with both business development and fostering a strong company culture.

Chad began working in the construction industry at age 12 for his father’s company. A Montana native, Chad has spent much of his career as a project manager for various general contractors in the Bozeman, Montana, area, where he resides. He enjoys collaborating with talented teams to complete beautiful, high-end residential projects. In his free time, Chad enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, and teaching and coaching adaptive skiing for people with disabilities.

Cara was born and raised in the New York City, and graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance. She spent the first portion of her career working in Finance before transitioning to Owners Representation in fall 2019. She specializes in project budgeting and invoice management. Currently she lives in Nosara, Costa Rica and enjoys yoga, golf, and surfing in her free time.

With nearly a decade of experience across high-end commercial and residential projects, Marlo brings a detail-oriented approach to project management. A committed client advocate, she works to protect her clients' interests at every stage, from early design decisions through the final walkthrough. She especially enjoys helping clients transform their vision for a home into a finished space that feels distinctly their own. Outside of work, Marlo enjoys exploring the city with her dog and traveling in search of her next scuba diving adventure.

Brittney began her career as a landscape architect, designing large estates and high-end residences throughout New York and Connecticut. With over eight years of experience in construction, Brittney is driven by a love of design and an enthusiasm for bringing projects to life. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking and all manner of crafts, from knitting to woodworking.

Andrea is a third-generation architect with over a decade of experience in high-end residential architecture. She holds a B.Arch in Architecture and Planning degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and has led high-end custom home and development projects across the Aspen valley and Lima, Peru. Andrea brings a sharp design sensibility and a hands-on approach to every project she leads. Outside of work, she enjoys dance, art projects, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Jake attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated with a degree in construction management. He started his career working for a Bay Area general contractor specializing in luxury, multi-family construction. Jake enjoys taking an active role onsite throughout the entire project life cycle. When not working you can find Jake surfing or spending time outside.

With a decade of expertise in design and project management across residential and commercial domains, Kirsty has specialized in crafting luxury and lifestyle hotels. Infusing a hospitality mindset into every project, she delivers functional, inviting and captivating environments tailored to each client's space. Outside the office, she finds joy in travel and exploration, particularly through culinary adventures.

Lupita has 8+ years construction experience in many disciplines, including multi-family residential, commercial tenant improvements, and lab buildouts. Lupita is interested in building strong relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience. In her free time, Lupita enjoys gardening, cooking, and roller skating.

With more than 20 years of experience managing high-end custom residential projects, Evan brings a strong background in architecture, real estate development, and construction. His experience working with general contractors and design-build firms, including five years as an estimator, provides valuable insight into budgets, schedules, and field challenges. He draws on that expertise to help teams find practical solutions before issues impact project costs or timelines. Based in Springpoint’s San Francisco office, Evan enjoys surfing, swimming, cycling, and playing saxophone.

Born and raised in Brazil, Julia brings more than eight years of experience in procurement, project management, and estate management in the Bay Area. Her appreciation for languages and different cultures shapes her collaborative approach and the relationships she builds with clients and project teams. She values creating meaningful connections with everyone involved in bringing a project to life. Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending hours reading at the Mill Valley Public Library or enjoying a bánh mì sandwich while relaxing at Ocean Beach.

Davis grew up working in residential construction before attending Brigham Young University where he earned a degree in Construction Management. After graduation, Davis worked as an owner representative on complex, large-scale commercial developments before joining Springpoint. He enjoys being actively involved throughout the project lifecycle and brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to his work. Outside the office, Davis enjoys running, cycling, and spending time in nature.

Raised in the Bay Area, Schuyler developed an early appreciation for architecture and the built environment. She recently earned a degree in Management and Human Organization with a minor in Interior Design from Indiana University. As a recent graduate, she brings fresh energy, adaptability, and a modern perspective to project execution. Outside of work, Schuyler enjoys playing and coaching basketball, watching football, and taking long walks to explore the city.

Colin began his career in the luxury smart home industry, progressing from hands-on fieldwork into project management. He brings that practical perspective to Springpoint Group, remaining closely engaged throughout every phase of a project and collaborating with teams to keep work aligned and moving forward. Outside of work, Colin enjoys exploring the mountains year-round, from trail running and mountain biking to backcountry skiing.

Fiona has many years of experience in high‑end residential construction, with a background spanning custom home building and interior design. She has worked on a range of beautiful homes throughout Southern California and now enjoys the creativity and character of the projects she supports at Springpoint Group. Outside of work, Fiona enjoys exploring the city, discovering new restaurants, spending time by the ocean, playing pickleball, and being with friends and family.

Originally from New York, Bari brings experience in manufacturing operations, project management, and residential construction to Springpoint Group. Her work in building operations and alongside skilled makers and tradespeople has shaped an approach grounded in technical problem-solving, craftsmanship, and organization. She enjoys establishing systems that keep projects on track and teams connected. Outside of work, Bari enjoys exploring the Bay Area with her rescue dog and spending time along the San Francisco waterfront learning to sail and crab for Dungeness.

Shane leverages experience in corporate finance and commercial real estate brokerage to help clients navigate projects with a strategic, process-driven approach. In his spare time, Shane enjoys spending time with family and working on his own residential projects.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Liza has 20+ years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Using her knowledge of construction management and construction accounting, Liza can build strong relationships with clients and vendors. When not working, Liza enjoys spending time with her family and doing volunteer work.

Noele brings over 20 years of experience in finance, account management, and business operations, including seven years specializing in commercial construction accounting. She is passionate about building strong relationships and providing strategic financial support to help teams achieve their project goals. Outside of work, Noele enjoys singing professionally, writing poetry and children’s books, studying and speaking multiple languages, and traveling abroad.
