Our Client came to us with a vision and a goal: help them create a magnificent, one-of-a-kind office space, and do it very quickly. Over the process of 11 months, we assisted in the complete design, permitting, demolition, remodel and move-in of their world class office space. The project required permitting within a historic building, an extraordinarily complex millwork package, and an accelerated fully custom FF&E package. It was categorized as “resi-mercial” by the design team as the office uniquely blurs the lines between traditionally residential and commercial spaces – skillfully integrating key components to provide ultimate comfort, with the horsepower and technology that’s required by a high-end office.
