Urban Oasis

This extensive project pushed the envelope of design and construction at every level. The tight SF lot had complex retaining wall work abutting every neighbor. The site sits on a steep street slope exacerbating material deliveries and traffic control, as well as neighbor relations. In addition, the home, site, and roof gardens recycled 100% of the rainwater and wastewater generated. The Greywater and Blackwater underground cisterns are a testament to the team’s ability to coordinate and orchestrate every component.
